Description
You are standing facing an elastic band attached at waist height, arms extended in front of you holding the ends of the band in your hands. During the movement, you start by pulling the elastic band backward while bending your elbows. Next, while keeping your elbows bent, you will raise your arms to 90° out to the side. Once both arms are horizontal, you bring your hands up to have your forearms vertical. From this position, you will extend your arms upwards and then lower them in a full adduction, with arms extended, until your arms are alongside your body, and then return to the initial position. To return to the starting position, you will go through each position in reverse order.
