Description

Stand with a kettlebell held upside down in one hand, gripping it firmly by the handle. Raise it overhead with the elbow fully extended, keeping the wrist stable to hold the kettlebell in place. From this position, push the kettlebell slightly higher by letting the scapula rise and slide outward, then slowly return to the starting position. The movement should come mainly from the scapula, without bending the elbow.
