Description

Lie down on a foam roller with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Palms should be facing up, and the arms should form an angle of about 45 degrees to the body. Over time, as flexibility progresses, the arms can be extended to form a 90-degree angle to the body. Hold this position as recommended by your physical therapist.
