Description

You are in a lunge position, perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band that you are holding in your hands. Engage your abs and lift the knee of the back leg. In this plank position, extend and bend your arms in front of you, resisting the force of the elastic band pulling you to the side. Make sure to keep your back straight and maintain good balance throughout the movement.
