Description

Get on all fours, with your toes tucked under you. Engage your abs and push through your hands and toes to straighten your legs, placing yourself in a plank position. Hold this stable position for the recommended duration. Make sure to keep a neutral spine and use your abdominals to stabilize your posture. Avoid any sagging or arching of the back. Slowly lower your knees back to the ground in a controlled manner, then repeat the exercise.
