Description

Place an elastic band around your lumbar region and hold the ends with your hands. Get down on all fours, toes tucked underneath you. Engage your abdominals, push down on your hands and toes, and straighten your legs into a plank position. Maintain a neutral spine and stable posture for the recommended duration. Use your abdominals to control the movement, avoiding any excessive arching or sagging of the back. Slowly lower your knees to the floor in a controlled manner before repeating the exercise.
