Description

Get on all fours, tuck your toes under, with both hands placed on a step, shoulder-width apart. Engage your core, press down on your hands and toes to straighten your legs and get into a plank position. Bring one knee out to the side, towards the elbow on the same side, then immediately switch to the other leg, maintaining a smooth and controlled movement. After three lateral knee raises, return to the all-fours position and hold for a second before resuming the exercise.
