Description

Stand on one leg and grab the end of a resistance band with your arms extended in front of you. Make sure the band is fixed perpendicularly to you. Perform a lateral jump away from the anchor point while keeping the knee, hip, and trunk position stable. Hold this position for the recommended duration, then perform a lateral jump to return to the starting position. Throughout the movement, make sure to keep your arms extended in front of you to engage the shoulder and upper back muscles.
