Description
You are in a plank position, legs and elbows extended, arms slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, and supported on your hands. Keeping your body well-engaged, perform a push-up by bending your elbows to bring your chest close to the ground. Then, come back up, lift one hand off the ground and raise the arm fully extended while opening your body to the side. Be careful not to lower your hips and try to stay as straight as possible during the movement. Then return to the starting position and repeat the exercise on the other side.
