Description

Stand on a board inclined at about 15°, with your feet hip-width apart. Hold a weight with your elbows bent. Bend your knees, directing them forward and toward the ground, ensuring that your shoulders and knees form a continuous straight line throughout the exercise. Keep your abs contracted to maintain good posture. To return to the starting position, use the strength of your quadriceps.
