Description

On all fours, move one leg forward and place it in front of the other. Take an elastic band fixed in front of you with the hand opposite the front leg. Ensure that the hips and shoulders remain facing forward. Hold the stretch for a moment, then pull on the elastic band while straightening up, bringing the elbow backward. Use the other hand to ensure your stability during this stretching exercise.
