Description

Start by securing an elastic band in front of you with the attachment point lower than your knees. In a standing position, face the attachment point of the elastic band and grasp the end with both hands. Place your feet on two sliding supports, such as towels or cloths. Transfer your weight onto one leg while extending the other leg backward. Simultaneously, rotate your trunk by bringing the elastic band, with arms extended, to the side of your supporting knee and upwards. Then return to the starting position and repeat the movement on the other side.
