Description
Lie on your back, with a neutral spine. Raise your legs into the reverse chair position, with your knees above your hips and your ankles in line with your knees, keeping your thighs engaged. Then add a rotation of the pelvis by lifting one buttock while the other stays anchored to the floor; after a few seconds, lower it and switch sides. Inhale as you lower the leg and exhale as you raise it, making sure to keep your torso still. Perform the movement slowly and with control.
