Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then bend your knees and shift your pelvis back as if you were about to sit down. Bring your hands in front of your chest, then rotate your torso to the side without resting your elbow against your knee. Rotate your thorax over your pelvis, keeping length in your spine, keep your knees tracking in a similar direction, with your body weight distributed through your feet, and keep your pelvis stable during the rotation. Keep your neck long, with your gaze following the rotation or staying neutral, depending on what is comfortable for your neck. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for stability, control, and spinal mobility, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
