Description

Stand up, take a big step back, lowering your knee to the floor, and bend your front knee. Bring your torso forward, then rotate your thorax toward the side opposite your front leg, placing your opposite hand on the floor. Keep your pelvis as stable as possible during the rotation and raise your top arm overhead. Keep your neck long and your gaze toward the floor, to the side, or upward, depending on what is comfortable for your neck. Keep your breathing calm, aiming for stability, spinal mobility, and control, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
