Description

Attach the elastic band to a fixed point in front of you, then sit comfortably on a Swiss ball. While seated, make sure your thighs are parallel to the floor. Bend your elbows at a 90° angle and keep them close to your body. Pull the elastic band while keeping your chest up as well as your shoulders down and back. Be careful not to push your head forward while pulling on the band. Focus on maintaining as neutral a spine as possible and imagine your spine lengthening, as if a rope is pulling the top of your skull towards the ceiling.
