Description

Stand upright and hold the TRX handles. Move your feet forward as if you were walking, then lean back until your torso forms a 45-degree angle. Keep your arms straight out in front of you, this is the starting position. You're going to pull on the TRX by bending your elbows behind you and squeezing your scapulas (shoulder blades). Then slowly return to the starting position. Make sure you keep your torso straight, like a sloping plank, throughout the exercise.
