Description

The patient is in a kneeling position with an elastic band anchored in front of them. They pull on the band to bring their shoulder to 90° abduction, then perform an external rotation to engage the rotator cuff while keeping the scapula activated. Next, they bring their hand above their head by extending the elbow while maintaining shoulder engagement. Finally, the patient returns to the starting position, reversing each movement.
