Description

Stand with your torso bare, and hook the first two phalanges of your index finger onto the painful area or the level indicated by your therapist. Reinforce this grip with your fist, then place your other hand just below to assist an upward glide, toward your head. Maintain this push throughout the movement, then bend your back while slightly unlocking your knees, as indicated by your therapist. Then return to the starting position while keeping the same glide. If the movement you are working on is extension, apply the same principle but moving backward.
