Description

Sit in a semi-seated position, with your back straight and resting firmly against a backrest. The arm to be worked on is raised vertically, holding a kettlebell or weight. Without moving your arm, lift your shoulder off the backrest and bring it as high as possible, while keeping your arm stable. Return slowly to the initial position before repeating the exercise. Keep your back straight and isolate the movement from the shoulder.
