Description

Stand up, keep your back straight and your neck relaxed. Raise the hand on the affected side to place it on the same side shoulder, then cross it in front of you towards the opposite shoulder and, if you can do so without pain, slide it slightly to the back of that shoulder. Then return to place the hand on the starting shoulder. Perform the movement slowly, within a comfortable range, inhaling before moving and exhaling during motion. Repeat the movement gently several times.
