Description

Stand perpendicular to a wall. Lift your arm laterally to 90 degrees to the side and press your elbow and forearm against the wall. Slightly move your torso forward while keeping your elbow and forearm against the wall until you feel a stretch in your chest area. Your palm should be facing forward. While keeping your elbow against the wall, slide your forearm along the wall backward as much as possible. Make sure your shoulders remain perpendicular to the wall. Then return to the stretch position and repeat the exercise.
