Description

Stand with your elbow bent at 90° and placed out to the side at shoulder height. The resistance band must be secured to a sturdy, stable support, so as to create resistance suited to the movement. From this position, bring your hand backward and upward while keeping your elbow at the same height, then slowly return to the starting position. Be sure to keep your wrist stable and to perform the movement mainly at the shoulder.
