Description

Sit up straight, with your elbow bent at 90° and slightly away from your body, roughly halfway between the arm against your body and the arm at shoulder height. The resistance band must be secured to a sturdy, stable support. From this position, bring your hand inward (toward your abdomen) while keeping your elbow at the same height, then slowly return to the starting position. The movement should occur mainly at the shoulder, without moving the elbow or bending the wrist.
