Description

Sit up straight, with your elbow bent at 90° and placed out to the side at shoulder height. The resistance band must be secured above you, to a sturdy, stable support. From this position, bring your hand downward while keeping your elbow at the same height, then slowly return to the starting position. Be sure to control the movement and to perform it mainly at the shoulder, without moving the elbow or bending the wrist.
