Description

Stand with your arm out to the side at shoulder height and your elbow bent to 90°. Keep your arm level with the surface of the water and direct your hand down toward the pool floor by rotating your shoulder inward. Then slowly return to the starting position against the resistance of the water. Keep your elbow stable and avoid turning your torso. Perform the number of repetitions recommended by your therapist, then switch arms.
