Description
You are on your knees, with shoulders flexed at 90° to the side and elbows flexed at 90° facing a person ready to catch you. During the movement, you will contract your arm, core, and glute muscles to stay straight and well braced. You will tilt forward as if to fall into the arms of the person facing you, while maintaining the shoulders in their initial position. The person facing you catches you at the wrists and tilts you backward to return to the starting position.
