Description
Stand next to a solid structure (wall, post, cabinet, or door). Bring your elbow in front of you at shoulder height (90°), and place your forearm against the structure, with the elbow bent at a right angle. Push your fist downward against the structure as if you were internally rotating your shoulder, without actually creating any movement. The elbow stays stable. Hold the isometric contraction for the indicated time, then relax before starting again.
