Description

For this exercise, attach an elastic band to the side and place the end at the wrist of the arm you want to work on. Then lie down perpendicular to the elastic band's attachment point, and hold a dumbbell or a Kettle Bell with the hand wearing the elastic band. Rise up on your opposite elbow while simultaneously lifting your working arm above you. The knee on the same side can be bent for more stability. Once in this position, bring your bent elbow towards you, then stretch your elbow above you again. Repeat this exercise according to the indicated number of repetitions.
