Description

First, secure an elastic band behind you and then place the band at the root of your upper limb (at shoulder level). Take enough steps forward to put the band under tension. Adopt a stance with feet hip-width apart or a forward lunge position (one leg in front and one behind) based on your preference and balance. Once the band is taut, make a circular arm movement by placing your hand behind your back as high as possible, then once behind your head. Perform the movement slowly while maintaining the constant rear traction of the band on your shoulder.
