Description
Stand upright with your back straight, arms extended forward, and elbows slightly bent, placing a resistance band around your wrists, with arms shoulder-width apart so that the band is taut. Clench your fists to maintain the tension. Then, perform shoulder rotations by bringing one arm above the other, then below, while maintaining constant resistance against the elasticity of the band. Be sure to maintain a stable posture and breathe regularly during the exercise.
