Description
Stand holding a water weight in one hand. Bend your elbow to 90° and keep it tucked against your side. Move your forearm outward without turning your torso or letting your elbow lift away, then bring it back inward against the resistance of the water. Keep your shoulders down and control the movement in both directions. Perform the number of repetitions recommended by your therapist, then switch arms.
