Description

Lie on your back with your arm extended above you, knees bent, and both feet on the ground. Your physical therapist stands above you, grasping your hand with both hands to apply a vertical pull. Engage your abdominal muscles to maintain a braced posture while locking your shoulder to lift yourself up while facing the ceiling. The other arm should remain glued to your side. Hold the position for a few seconds, then repeat the movement.
