Description

You are in a quadruped position, with the shoulder to be worked at 90° abduction to the side, hand towards the ceiling, elbow resting on a stable surface, and holding a tensioned elastic band anchored behind and above you. Another person will pull the elastic band towards you to release some tension and help bring your hand closer to the stable surface. Then, without warning you, they will let go of the elastic band and you will immediately stabilize your shoulder by restraining your hand in its motion. Return to the starting position with the help of the opposite hand.
