Description

Start by placing a weight plate on each side of the bar, then secure only one side with a nut or clamp. Next, stand with your arms extended above your head while lifting the bar. Hold this position while your partner stands on the side of the bar that is not secured. Your partner will quickly remove one of the plates, creating an imbalance. Try to stabilize your shoulders and keep the bar in position for the recommended time. Then, your partner will quickly put the plate back, creating a new imbalance. Your goal is to stabilize the bar despite these disturbances.
