Description

You are in a kneeling position, holding a resistance band anchored behind you and weighted down by a kettlebell or another weight. Your arm holding the band is at 90° abduction to the side, with your hand facing the ceiling. You will quickly extend your arm upward to put tension on the band and hold the shoulder position at the zenith for a few seconds to resist the impulses given by the kettlebell's rebounds on the band. Then, you return to the starting position.
