Description
From a high plank position, rotate your body to the side so you are supported on one hand and on the outer edge of your lower foot, with the feet either stacked or staggered depending on your balance. Keep your supporting hand under your shoulder, the elbow crease facing forward, and press the arm actively into the floor. Lift your hips to align them with your torso without letting them sag, and raise your free arm toward the sky or place it on your hip. Keep the back of your neck long and your gaze toward the floor, to the side, or upward, depending on what feels comfortable for your neck. Maintain calm breathing while seeking stability, engagement, and control, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
