Description
In a lying position on your side on the floor with your legs extended, use the lower foot to support your body, placing the upper foot in front for better stability. Engage your abdominal muscles while lifting the body by the elbow. Hold this side plank position. From this position, perform a trunk rotation by bringing your free arm toward the ground on the opposite side. Then, return to the starting position by extending the arm toward the sky, ensuring that the hand and upper arm are aligned with the supporting elbow.
