Description

Lying on your side, support yourself on your lower elbow with your legs straight. While maintaining support on the edge of the foot and the forearm of the side in contact with the ground, lift your pelvis and upper leg to align them with your trunk. While keeping this posture, raise the upper leg to perform a hip abduction, then return to the initial position. Finally, slowly lower the pelvis to return to the starting position.
