Description

Lying on your side, support yourself on your lower elbow with your knees slightly bent forward, which also flexes your hips. While maintaining support on the lower limb and the forearm of the side in contact with the floor, lift your pelvis to align it with your trunk and head. Hold this side plank position. Be careful not to fully align the hips with the trunk, maintaining a slight hip flexion. After holding the posture, fully relax and rest your pelvis on the floor.
