Description

Place your hands on the trampoline in a plank position, with your body well braced. Then lift one hand so that you are supporting yourself solely on the arm you want to work on. In this stable position, push with your arm to lift yourself off the trampoline, then lower yourself back down and land on your supporting hand, elbow straight, controlling your landing perfectly. Push yourself back into the air and repeat the movement as many times as recommended by your physical therapist.
