Description

For this exercise, start by attaching a weight to the end of an elastic band that you will hold at arm's length along your body. Then, position yourself on the injured leg. Perform lateral movements in front of you with the weighted elastic band while trying to maintain your balance. This movement will help strengthen the targeted muscles while testing your stability.
