Description

You are standing with a weighted bar on your shoulders. You will shift your body weight onto one leg and lift the other by flexing the hip and knee in front of you. In this position, a third person standing next to you will remove one of the weights from the bar to destabilize you, and you will need to resist this force to maintain your balance. The weight is then put back on the bar for another destabilization.
