Description

You are standing, facing a step, supporting yourself on the foot to be worked while the opposite foot is suspended in the air. An elastic band placed vertically in the middle of the step makes four distinct zones. You will hop on one foot diagonally to land on the step. Then, you go back to the ground by pushing yourself vertically backward. You hop to the other diagonal on the step and then return to the starting area by performing one last backward jump.
