Description
Position yourself on all fours, with your knees on the ground, resting on your elbows and the tip of one foot, while the other leg is slightly lifted. Contract your abs and extend the knee of the supporting leg, then lift your pelvis to align your torso with your head and legs. Maintain this single-leg plank position, keeping the other leg in the air. Then, release the tension, relax completely, and rest your knees on the ground.
