Description

You are lying on your back, hands on your chest, with the leg to be worked extended and placed on a Swiss ball, while the other leg is bent in the air. You will tighten your abdominals and glutes and raise your pelvis until you achieve alignment between your trunk, pelvis, and thigh. Then, slowly return to the starting position. Make sure to maintain balance during the movement. You can place your hands on the floor for more stability.
