Description

You are lying on your back, legs slightly bent (semi-straight), heels placed on a step (or a stair) and thighs parallel. You will tighten the abs and glutes and push on your feet to lift the pelvis until an alignment is achieved between the trunk, pelvis, and thighs. You will then lift one straight leg, to lift it off the support surface before returning to the step, then you perform the same action with the opposite leg. You slowly return to the starting position.
