Description

You are standing, balancing on the leg to be worked on which is on an unstable surface, with the opposite leg slightly forward, foot in the air. You will bring your glutes back by bending the hip and knee to perform a squat, while the front leg follows the movement, extending in front of you, without touching the ground. Make sure to keep your back straight and stay stable during the movement. You then slowly return to the starting position.
