Description
You are standing, supported on the leg to be worked, with the opposite leg slightly forward, foot in the air. You will move your glutes backward by bending your hip and knee to perform a squat, while the front leg follows the movement, extending in front of you to not touch the ground. Make sure to keep your back straight during the movement. Then slowly return to the starting position.
