Description

You are standing, the front of the foot to be worked is placed on a step (or a stair), and the knee is slightly bent, while the heel and the other foot are hanging in the air. The body weight is placed backwards, at the level of the heel so that it goes below the step, causing a stretching sensation in the calf. While keeping the knee bent, you will perform an ankle extension by rising onto the tip of your toes and then slowly return to the starting position.
